"Covered" rental car in poor condition with lots of damage and stained seats and no winter tires in the middle of winter! Outsourcing rentals to companies with poor condition of cars even though warranty is paying for the rental car?? Your customers deserve the condition of the car that they are driving not a jalopy. Sorely disappointed with every aspect of this particular interaction. Something has changed at this dealership as experiences pre 2025 have always been great and I have been dealing with them for 10 years now. Come on Marino's - you can do better. More

Our entire experience from start to finish was truly exceptional in all regards! Everyone was extremely personable, professional, highly skilled, experienced, knowledgeable, organized, attentive, flexi exceptional in all regards! Everyone was extremely personable, professional, highly skilled, experienced, knowledgeable, organized, attentive, flexible and caring; from the receptionist (Muna), the salesman (Iouri), the finance expert (Mohammed), and the manager, to the gentleman that gave us a lesson on how to operate the latest technology in our new vehicle. But they didn't stop there! We were grateful that the free "vehicle info session" was also offered, in order to cover anything we had yet to encounter, or hadn't thought to ask. That speaker and the mechanic were also great! The layout of the dealership, as well as the way that the client is directed through the shopping and purchasing process was very well planned, ORGANIZED and orchestrated! The dealership was also decorated, furnished & outfitted with every convenience that prioritizes the client's comfort. Most businesses could learn from their example! They are committed to making the client's experience as simple, progressive and flowing and comfortable as possible, while preparing them for an enjoyable, safe, and lengthy experience with their new vehicle. My husband chose Iouri because everyone online said that he wasn't pushy and they were correct. He made a point of asking questions that enabled him to ascertain exactly what our personal needs, driving requirements and preferences were and then showed us all the features & information that was appropriate for us. They were not just welcoming, but rather, they repeatedly encouraged us to call or drop in, should we have any further questions. We took them up on that offer and they proved that it hadn't been an empty promise. We now recommend the car, the company, and the dealership to everyone we encounter, that are interested. We would like to thank everyone involved in hiring, training, and keeping such superior personnel! It's reassuring to see that there are still companies out there, that REALLY DO still put the customer first! It seems so rare, these days. THANK YOU for that! I would also like to point out that my husband did very extensive research, when the need arose to buy another car. He researched very extensively online about all the car companies, makes and models, dealerships and their staff. He also spoke to a great many people; including friends, coworkers, neighbours, etc.... about their experiences and opinions on the various companies & models. He also approached neighbour of ours and even several complete strangers and asked them about their Suburu vehicles and experience. He NEVER encountered ANYONE that was anything but extremely satisfied! They were ALL excited to talk about their cars! That surprised me! (No complaints or annoyed reactions.) He spoke extensively with a coworker/friend that worked part time at a dealership, and with various people who are proficient mechanics. Based on that very long study & resulting body of knowledge; he made his decision. It was a decision that we are still very confident about and satisfied with. We wish to thank everyone directly or indirectly involved in the purchase and maintenance our new vehicle! More
