We’ve purchased a few new cars over the years, and our experience at Marino’s Subaru was truly night and day compared to every other dealership. From my very first email inquiry to the moment we drove our new 2025 Crosstrek off the lot, we were treated like friends or family. Jes, our sales rep, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The same goes for Mark, the dealership manager, and Mo, the finance manager—just good, honest people. There were no pressure tactics, no pushiness—just straightforward, decent service from people who clearly care about earning your business the right way. This is our first Subaru, and it definitely won’t be our last. I can’t recommend Marino’s Fine Cars Subaru highly enough. I’m even looking forward to our first service appointment—mainly so we can hang out with Jes again! Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of us. More

Incompetent service diagnostics! Said I needed a new CVT module at $3500 plus recommended I change the transmission because of high mileage at $6500!!! Ended up fixing the car myse Said I needed a new CVT module at $3500 plus recommended I change the transmission because of high mileage at $6500!!! Ended up fixing the car myself in 10 minutes for FREE!!! But not before being charged $180 for the "diagnostics". I drove my car home against their recommendation (figured I had nothing to lose). The next day I did a quick google search which indicated it might be a battery connection issue... When I opened the hood I noticed the positive battery terminal was caked with white powder (corrosion). After cleaning the battery terminals and tightening the cables the car has now been working perfectly for 2500km! Complete incompetence on their part. They made an assumption based on the error codes without even inspecting the car. They clearly did not even open the hood before informing me the repair would be a minimum $3500! A co-worked said "Don't take it to the dealer, they'll just rip you off." Marino's service team proved that without a doubt! Unfortunately my independent mechanic isn't a transmission specialist or I would have gone to him. Thankful in the end they were clueless and I didn't spend more than the ripoff diagnostics fee. More
Marino's provided an excellent and positive buying experience. Pedro was friendly and efficient and was able to quickly address our concerns. He quickly responded to an issue we discovered after the experience. Pedro was friendly and efficient and was able to quickly address our concerns. He quickly responded to an issue we discovered after the purchase and coordinated a repair. Marino's repaired the issue without charge and even provided a rental vehicle for the repair period. Overall we were very satisfied with our purchase at Marino's Fine Cars. More
