Appalled My son and I were at this dealership on Friday September 9th 2016. My son was looking at the new 2016 Mustang and wanted to take it for a test drive h My son and I were at this dealership on Friday September 9th 2016. My son was looking at the new 2016 Mustang and wanted to take it for a test drive he was asked how old he was he told them 22. The sales guy said he could NOT take it out because you have to be 25. I could totally understand if he was with a bunch of buddies not to allow him to take it out, but he was with his mother (49 years old). He has a very clean driving record and has a full 'G' license. He does not drive like a idiot. I found it very upsetting and prejudice. More

His knowledge of the product and willingness to spend the time to educate before and after the sale is stress free and entertaining. Salespersons and dealerships elsewhere have an image problem because they don"t do what Kriis has learned, to care about the person as much as the sale. My parts and service experiences have been very good. Attention to my needs and concerns have been handled thoroughly by folks who know their stuff. From my Focus to my Shelby, I am confident I made the right choice in cars and people to deal with. More
Starter replacement I had my Ford Taurus towed in and called your service department that id needed a starter. The work was done the next day. after I got home I checked I had my Ford Taurus towed in and called your service department that id needed a starter. The work was done the next day. after I got home I checked my bill and realized that I was charged $ 324.88 labour to install my starter. I called and tried to talk to the service manager but was told he was not in. I explained my concern to the person I talked to but got no proper answer and was told the service manager would call me, which he never did. Two days later I got a call to check how my service was and I explained to that person that I felt I was overcharged. I never got a proper answer at that point either. I am not a mechanic but I would be able to change that starter in less than 3/4 hour. I had my cars in there a few times and never had o problem, but if this matter is not resolved I will never bring them there again. I checked with 2 Ford dealerships and was told that the labour to install should be not more then 1 hour. Klaus Mueller More
