No salespeople??? I haven't bought a new car in over 10 years. Ford was the first place I thought to go (even though I drive a Honda). Even the receptionist was too busy texting on her phone to look up at me! Was looking around for about 5 mins. & NOBODY came to talk to me. I asked the receptionist for a brochure & she went to look & said they didn't have any?!?! Wow! Not the way to get customers! Won't be going back. More

We were told to come back the next day to have the truck taken in and diagnosed to see if we can continue to drive it at its current condition or have it fixed ASAP as they had jut taken the last 'waiter' in and had other appointments to deal with. Proceeds to list off mom and pop shops that MIGHT be able to diagnose the problem. Went to nurse Chevrolet who did what they could to get us going. More

They aren't trying to be difficult, it's part of the dealerships fleet insurance policy. More
Stay away from body shop!!!!!!!! I got into a accident in my 6 month old truck and decided a Ford dealership would be the best place to get it fixed. Was I wrong. When I picked up the I got into a accident in my 6 month old truck and decided a Ford dealership would be the best place to get it fixed. Was I wrong. When I picked up the truck it was under the breezeway so lighting wasn't ideal to see the flaws. So when I got it home I took a better look. Micro scratches were all over the new paint and the rest of the body. I'm very particular on the way I wash my truck so I could avoid these swirl marks in the clear coat. There is also a bubble ij the paint wherever they just painted. Then in the back seat parts of the door were not installed and lying on the floor. I called the shop and spoke with Steve Miceli the manager of the body shop. He said they didn't do the swirls on my paint but they will fix the bubble. Now tell me how swirl marks get into brand new paint? He then explained theor washing process which involves using a brush, which anyone who knows how to properly wash a vehicle is a big big no. You use two buckets of water one with soap and one to rinse. So I finally got him to admit it was their wrong doing on the new paint but the original paint wasn't them? But explain if there is micro scratches in new paint how did they not do it to the rest of the truck. So I went in for my appointment for them to fix what I thought was the scratches and the bubble and as soon as I get there he says we will fix the bubble and u can be on your way. I said what about the scratches he replied WE DID NOT DO THAT. So at this point I'm getting mad which is what I think he wanted. So we went outside and on our way outside he says " how do we know it wasn't you" and point his finger in my face. At this time I'm very irate and told him to get his xxxxing finger out of my face, again which is what he seemed to want me to do. Then I tell him he is a amateur and he tells me to leave and they are not fixing my paint job. So again I feel he wanted me to get mad so he had a reason to tell me leave and a reason to not do the work. So now I'm going to have to look into what my legal options are, as I have email proof of him saying they are going to fix it. I've lost sleep and felt sick to my stomach after dealing with this place. AMATEUR WORK AT ITS FINEST. STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. More
