Overall, every time I visit I find the wait time to be incredibly long. From oil changes to tire changes, it’s just excessive in terms of wait and the estimated time provided versus actual time is always incredibly long. Also, the business centre is really not a business centre at all. So working while you wait is really not an option. More

A very satisfied first service with BMW I got an on call for a bug to fix, so, the first thing I would like to know its severity and urgency for the issue. During the appointment for the on I got an on call for a bug to fix, so, the first thing I would like to know its severity and urgency for the issue. During the appointment for the on call service, I got the proper answers I need. On the day to check in, I was also told that I actually need to do two on call services, so, one visit to do two services. Sheena, the services representative, is very polite, knowledgeable about the car and the services procedure/policy, and very professional to deal with her customers. I also got two rides between my home and the dealership, and the driver is doing a great job as well. In a summary, it is proving that I made a right decision to lease the vehicle from BMW in the first place and I am getting a very satisfied services as well. More
