He is totally different from the other typically sales rep that I dealt in the past, he, who gave a different positive direction to our thinking about BMW cars which were almost on the verge of halting our decision to buy another BMW, as we already have X3. He is professional, highly motivated, very qualified who has been due diligently providing excellent customer services to us ever since we met him. His prompt responses and always readily available to help in all sales / technical questions/concerns we have, it was greatly appreciated. Jonathan takes the ownership of the task when I discuss with him and goes above and beyond by introducing the other service team who can answer or cater our needs, his professionalism, high moral and a truly helping nature are top-notch, and his customer service is impeccable. Jonathan is the most customer-friendly and effective person in the retail industry that I’ve ever come across. Having had the chance to deal with a few people within the retail industry, especially in the car dealership, I’d mark him as a he’s a high potential for any company and definitely an asset to Maranello. Great service from Mauricio! He took the time to walk us through the car features and was very helpful! The only feedback I have is that the car was filthy when I picked it up. Unwilling to put things in writing I am writing to express my frustration with the complete lack of assistance from Maranello BMW “Maranello” with respect to a recent insurance claim re I am writing to express my frustration with the complete lack of assistance from Maranello BMW “Maranello” with respect to a recent insurance claim relating to my Vehicle. Indeed, Maranello’s strange and uncooperative conduct leads me to believe that the fire may have resulted from faulty work done by Maranello with respect to three Recalls that were necessary as it would otherwise cause a fire 5 weeks prior to the actual fire on the vehicle. I paid for a diagnosis to be performed, which did not state where the fire began or the additional damage the fire caused. Over the phone, they verbally informed me that they could not provide me with a quote for further diagnosis as they are unable to determine the number of hours it would take and that even after a complete diagnosis they may not be able to determine where the fire began. When I asked them to put it in writing, they informed me that they were unable to do so. I wrote a letter to BMW Canada and am now waiting to hear back from them. They also misplaced my car key and I have been waiting weeks for a replacement. More
