Had my X3 towed to the deal ship for engine issues, Peter (Pietro) the service advisor handled the service from the moment my car landed at the dealership, he kept me up to date with the diagnostics through (Pietro) the service advisor handled the service from the moment my car landed at the dealership, he kept me up to date with the diagnostics through out the following two days. Worst BMW dealership ever. Went their multiple times due to shortest distance from my home. But after experience that I had today, will not be going there anymore and would not recommend to anyone. I would take off the 1 star that I have given if I could but unfortunately that’s the lowest rating. I will take the car for service elsewhere even if it’s a little further. They call me 15 mins before the dealership closes that car is ready for pick up and I have to be there in 15 mins if I can’t make it, I have to wait until after the weekend. SERIOUSLY xxx. Scheduled pick up time was 1:00 pm. Real star of the show was Lisa (advisor). Worst customer service experience. I wanted to talk to her but she knew what she did so she left early and didn’t want to face me. Left me with someone else. Who clearly don’t have any experience in customer service. His literal words were “You have to come to dealership in 15-20 mins or wait for whole weekend to pick up the car”. Best part is that my service appointment was only for tire change that took friggin more than 6 hours. Maranello BMW must have REALLY REALLY SLOW WORKERS. No management in service department. Writing an email to Service manager right now about the whole situation, will change/update my review once I have the update. For now, MARANELLO BMW IS NOT FOR ME. More
