While I had an amazing experience with the team, there were some issues with the vehicle's condition upon delivery that I need to address. Firstly, I highly appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge displayed by Rick, who provided valuable advice during the sales process. Liam, who assisted with the delivery, is an outstanding asset to the dealership with his commendable courtesy. Judy from finance also deserves recognition for her polite and friendly service, which made the financial aspects of the purchase a smooth experience. However, I was disappointed by the vehicle's condition upon delivery. The child lock button didn't work, necessitating a visit to the shop for repairs. After around 30 minutes, the issue was resolved with an apology and a suggestion to return if it malfunctioned again, which fell short of my expectations for a brand new BMW. To make matters worse, the vehicle came out of the shop with dirty water spots on it, which was rather unexpected. I also noted the fuel tank was at 89% capacity instead of being full. After I raised this concern, the vehicle was taken out again to have it topped up. While this was eventually resolved, it was an inconvenience that could have been easily avoided. All in all, although my interaction with the staff was exceptional and appreciated, the condition of the vehicle and the lack of thorough checks before delivery left me quite disappointed.
