Service Manager is terrible I cannot believe how rude your manager was. He made me feel as I was below him, which by judging on his clothes and posture, he seems below me. be careful before you have your family in one of their cars Imagine you pay $37,900 for a " BMW CERTIFIED " vehicle, and within less than a month we spent $2100,we picked up our "CERTIFIED" 2014 X3 at 12:20 Imagine you pay $37,900 for a " BMW CERTIFIED " vehicle, and within less than a month we spent $2100,we picked up our "CERTIFIED" 2014 X3 at 12:20 pm ,within 20 minutes we have to turn and go back to the dealer because the brake which is a major safety issue was vibrating very bad ,we got it done after wasting the whole day,as soon we got home my wife noticed the brake light on the tailgate (which is another safety issue) wasn't working,I thought it's matter of light bulb not worth it to go back ,couple of days after we found out that this is an expensive one $370 +labor ,called the dealer back to fix it ,they won't do it,we talked to the sales rep David and he couldn't help,we talked to the sales manager and he didn't help. MY ADVICE if you HAVE TO buy a vehicle from Maranello BMW Please get it checked through another BMW service facility before you have your family in. More
