DONT service here unless you want to waste your time. Worst service experience ever. Dealership told me to bring the car as a booked appointment yet they failed to even look at the car ALL DAY! I booked an appointment a week in advance for an airbag issue. Knowing that sometimes these things can take time I decided to drop off the vehicle in the morning and pick up at night. Giving 7hrs+ to service. The service advisor calls me at 2pm and tells me that they haven't looked at the car yet and that he'll call back. I got NO CALL BACK I called the dealership at 4:30pm at which point I was told that nobody looked at my car, still. You tell me to come for an appointment, I give you the car for all day, and you don't have time to service the car. Pure incompetence. What a JOKE! More

MASTERS AT AVOIDING RESPONSIBILITY My very first experience as a BMW owner and at the service department was appalling. I went there with a flat tire (run flats). The tire pressure se My very first experience as a BMW owner and at the service department was appalling. I went there with a flat tire (run flats). The tire pressure sensors which identify changes in rotational speed and transmits this to the dash board indicated that the wrong tire was flat. Instead of investigating, the "staff" in the service department proceeded to make excused including blaming BMW's in general of having inaccurate tire pressure sensors. Don in service came up with this lame excuse which, in a real dealership, would have gotten him fired for tarnishing the brand to avoid doing his job. The management there is equally oblivious and uncaring, Go to BMW of Mississauga instead! or better yet Mercedes! More

Great response rate & customer service from Ashley Sixsmith, their Internet specialist whom we negotiated with to secure the terms of a lease that we were happy with. Thank you, Ashley! John Pavunkovic who handled the finalisation of the deal when we were ready to sign the initial paperwork at the dealership, came through for us 100% in the end after facing some paperwork/logistics issues that we were concerned with initially. But John, in the interest of establishing a potentially long-term relationship with us, (which we appreciate!), went above and beyond to make sure he found us a solution that worked best for us, which he did & then some! Because of John's professionalism and efforts to ensure we were completely satisfied, we decided to go with him for our new BMW lease. The final delivery and contract signing process were very smooth and he made sure we were fully informed about everything that had to do with our new car before we drove it away. All in all, professionalism, friendliness, flexibility and great customer service go a long way for us. And John P provided us with an ultimately satisfying experience. So, thank you, John!
