A very satisfied first service with BMW I got an on call for a bug to fix, so, the first thing I would like to know its severity and urgency for the issue. During the appointment for the on I got an on call for a bug to fix, so, the first thing I would like to know its severity and urgency for the issue. During the appointment for the on call service, I got the proper answers I need. On the day to check in, I was also told that I actually need to do two on call services, so, one visit to do two services. Sheena, the services representative, is very polite, knowledgeable about the car and the services procedure/policy, and very professional to deal with her customers. I also got two rides between my home and the dealership, and the driver is doing a great job as well. In a summary, it is proving that I made a right decision to lease the vehicle from BMW in the first place and I am getting a very satisfied services as well. More
