Maple Ridge Hyundai

I purchased a car from this dealer about 6 months ago, on a Saturday. The salesman was good, and the car has been fine. After bringing the car home and taking the time to review all of the terms of the purchase, I decided that I didn't need or want the tire and rim warranty that they sold me. So the following Monday (the very next business day), I sent an email to the dealer asking to have the warranty cancelled and refunded. I was basically told "it's standard with all our sales, and you agreed to it, so too bad for you". Additional attempts made to contact the dealer were either dismissed, or ignored outright. As someone who prefers to follow the right processes, I was basically held hostage by the dealer for months trying to get the situation rectified, and unfortunately for me (for believing that they would actually take care of their customers) I went past the window of time in the termination clause for the tire and rim warranty. Subsequent attempts to contact the management have also been ignored. If you want a car from this dealer, get another dealer to buy it from them and avoid them like the plague. More

The dealership was very helpful to make sure I got what I was wanted and needed. I had been to a couple of other Hyundai dealerships and I had phoned several, then I phoned Maple Ridge and was lucky enough to reach Brad's answering service. .
