The worst dealership ever! Dishonesty and disrespect 1) I bought a Versa Note 2014 last year. I told the salesperson that I like the SV model which is Automatic and has air-conditioning and I have no job 1) I bought a Versa Note 2014 last year. I told the salesperson that I like the SV model which is Automatic and has air-conditioning and I have no job and no income to afford a higher model and I have my own GPS that I dont know a GPS in the car, however, the salesperson convinced me to get a SL as it has the safety features like Blind Spot Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Warning, and Forward Collision Warning. So, I end up accept his recommendation to pay extra for the update to SL model. After I signed the contract, I called them back the next early morning and told them that we really can't afford the car and want to cancel the purchase. However, they don't allow me to cancel the car and just offer me a bit of discount. We had no choice to go ahead to keep the car as I signed and can't cancel the deal. After I got the car, I found that safety features does not exist in Versa Note 2014 at all. I went back to the sales and complaint to the General Manager "Greg Mikroulis". He didn't listen to my complaints at all but immediately to protect his salesperson only. He blamed all the fault to his customer, me, that misunderstood the meaning of his sales guy without saying any words to show sympathy at all. Seriously, I am not a car person, I don't even know there's such kind of safety features are existing if the Sales never mentioned to me. Terrible management has terrible staff that really make sense!!! Never seen such kind of management in sales and services industry. More

The dealership is telling us that it is our expense to fix it...even though lots of research and consultations with numerous mechanics tells us that the cracked fly wheel is most definitely a result of faulty workmanship or human error. Not to be trusted!!!! Horrible Customer Service!!! And don't dare think that head office will give a crap about your concerns. Their "customer care" department won't deal with any issues between customers and dealerships and refuses to escalate the call. More

Best experience ever - Peter peacefulness and relaxed sale attitude have indicated me that I have arrived to the right place. After visiting two other Nissan dealers (another group) my expectations were very low as I have learned that fast speech and pushing customers to "buy now" is controlling the sale process. Not at Maple Nissan - sales process was very pleasant with plenty of information about the car and the sales process , lots of options and assistance with choosing the right one for me. Greg - the general manager have shown in turn that although he is a quality negotiator he also sees the customer in front and is willing to come towards him with the customer is most important attitude Last - even at the financing manager - David, a process where always is being used to add sales revenue to the purchase - the process was easy going informative and not pushing Delivery of my new Pathfinder was informative and easy - great buying experience We will buy here our next car and recommend this dealership to our friends More
