Very happy with my CX5 and the service that came with it! I recently bought a 2015 Mazda 3 GT Just want to thank Yawar Aziz (sales consultant) and everyone at Maple Mazda for all your help in choosing my car. I recently bought a 2015 Mazda 3 GT Sport, and I gotta say, it's been one xxxx of an experience. From the moment we found the ad online until we took the car home, it's been nothing but amazing. Yawar responded to my emails within 5 minutes, scheduled my test drive within 48 hours, and helped me throughout the whole process. He is very responsive, even after work hours. He even worked with my insurance broker to iron out the details for my car insurance. I've been to other Mazda dealerships before, and they weren't even close to being as helpful as Maple Mazda are. I went back a couple days after to get a minor service done, and Rob (General Manager) did it all for me. That's when you know it's a great customer service when even the GM does the job himself. Bill Zabonas (Finance) was also helpful explaining all the finance side of things. I highly recommend Yawar if you want the best customer service and experience overall. He will take great care of you and your needs. His 15+ years of experience in the business makes him one of the best out there. Thank you again, Yawar and team! Definitely going to recommend you to my friends and family. :) More
Terrible experience to buy a used car This is a long review but read it patiently if you care about your money and time. My wife and I decided to buy a used car as a second car and after This is a long review but read it patiently if you care about your money and time. My wife and I decided to buy a used car as a second car and after searching online and several test drives, we found a 2014 Mazda 3 with clean car proof and required spec at Maple Mazda. As I had bought my first car from this dealership and I was happy, I thought it's the best choice. After test drive, I found couple of issues such as vibration in front rotor, some scratches, missing second fob key and a small crack on the display and etc .After negotiation on the price they promised to fix all issues .They assured me all the works would be done in 3 business days, so we signed the agreement on Saturday and they promised to give us the car on next Friday. On Friday morning I took a look at the car parked outside the dealership as I was passing by and going to work and I found it exactly the same as it was without even a small change, with all scratches and everything. I called them and they said the car would be ready on Tuesday as the they were busy and due to the upcoming long weekend, we can pick it up on Tuesday. Eventually Tuesday after 10 days, we went there and they brought the car. Oh my God you don’t believe it, it was a nightmare. There was a new big scratch and dent on the rocker panel, the existing scathes were still there filled sloppily with a touchup pen that a baby could paint it better. They didn’t even touch the back rotor and caliper as the rusts were all there. Inside detailing was xxxxty and clumsy. I was so angry and my wife so upset, we talked to the salesman and he said he needs to send a car to the body shop but the general manager ( ROB) had the authorization and once we wanted to talk to him , I was told he was gone for dinner but He was there inspecting the car 5 minutes before our talk. How a responsible person such as a general manager can be rude and inconsiderate to leave the customers without even apologizing and taking care of a situation. The sales person told us he would take the car to the body shop and everything will be fine by tomorrow which was a big lie again as all those works needed more time. Finally, we got the car on Saturday after 2 weeks since we paid the deposit which was much better than before due all affords the sales person put on the car. I wrote this situation for whoever wants to buy a car especially used one from this dealership. Be careful they do and promise everything to convince you to buy a car but after signing the contract they don’t give a xxxx. It’s all about money and I think their general manager, Rob who was in charge, didn’t even bother himself to apologize for the delay and all the xxxxty jobs they had done on the car. I never go back there for any purchase or service even though I was their loyal customer. More
