This dealership is very helpful when I was buying my new car. I got a very good price on a Mazda 3 with rust proofing and undercoating included. The Sales Manager, Paul Joseph, gave us a very good deal in terms of the interest rate and trade in. He is very professional, helpful and friendly as is the rest of his team; the Finance Manager also made everything very easy for us. Before finishing the conversation with him, our financing was already approved for the purchase of our vehicle. Bobby was another friendly sales staff who gave us a lot of information about the vehicle during the test drive and everything went smoothly, better than imagined. I believe that we could not have a better service anywhere else and we love our Mazda CX5-GT as it has exceeded our expectations above and beyond. More

We decided on a 2014 Mazda3. The sales experience this time around was excellent. Dealer staff and Paul in particular were courteous, professional, helpful and with no pressure throughout. They gave as much info and time as we required including during test drives etc. They were transparent and straightforward when it came to the financial side of the transaction, pricing etc. This dealer is not the most convenient to our home location but we chose to purchase at Maple Mazda due to the excellent assistance and service provided. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I had the worst experience ever today. Most dealers would run to help you if you are a potential buyer. We waited there 20 minutes for nothing. No salesman bothered to offer his help. Dealers like this one is the reason why mazda will never be at Toyota or Honda standard. They do not stand by their product, and overcharge you for service. My sales guy was more worried about telling me be at Toyota or Honda standard. They do not stand by their product, and overcharge you for service. My sales guy was more worried about telling me how much he made in a month than explaining the features of the car I purchased. Just poor customer service overall. There are some good Mazda dealers (I think...lol), but this is not one of them. If you must buy a Mazda run away from these guys! Good news is that I can get my vehicle serviced at a local ford dealer that sells essentially the same car as Mazda does. BTW...if you have a tribute, it is basically a ford escape, if you have a Mazda 2 it is basically a ford fiesta, if you have a Mazda 6 it is basically a ford fusion. So ford can service most mazda products since they owned a big share of Mazda and developed cars together. That is no longer the case, even ford was smart enough to let them lose. More
