Very pleasant car-buying experience I enjoyed working with Paul on my recent purchase. After doing my research, I was really looking forward to getting past the "song and dance" and gett I enjoyed working with Paul on my recent purchase. Past experiences with other dealerships where terrible so we where reluctent to try another one. Our whole experience with Nato Figliano our sales rep was fantastic. He made the whole purchase effortless. He was very knowlegable and went out of his way to meet our needs. He took the time to go over everything with our daughter and encouraged her to call or just come in if she had any questions, I would highly recommend Maple Mazada and especially Nato. We will be a return customer for sure. More
Can't take me seriously I was reading the other reviews and I can't believe the nicer comments about Mr Esso. Walking in I was greeted by the finance manager Bill who was e I was reading the other reviews and I can't believe the nicer comments about Mr Esso. Walking in I was greeted by the finance manager Bill who was extremely friendly with a smile on his face. He then referred me to Mr Esso who was not as friendly. I am a young woman who was looking to gain that dealership information to persuade me to get the car. I did not feel welcome at all by Mr Esso, he was not taking me seriously as a potential buyer. It was straight basic info as if he wanted me to stop wasting his time. As I was sitting there listening to his attitude I easily decided I was never coming back and easily ruled out Mazda as my first car. He was not helpful in informing me about the car, he did not even spend much time showing me the car... didnt even offer to let me sit in it.. didn't tell me how a mazda would be best for my needs , nothing. More

When Paul offered me to take the car for a test he made me fell like a trusted friend, didn't require recording my personal ID. 2. My child was offered a balloon which made her happy and touched me. When she accidentally let go of it and lost it they gave her another one. 3. At the end Paul gave me a gift unexpectedly,winter rubber mats. Very useful. 4. When I spoke to Paul and mentioned that the text msgs aren't loading from my phone to the touch screen he said that I may need to have a software update and that I should take his own car while my car is being serviced. 5. I am also very happy that I don't need to be concerned about parking in a parking lot and getting a scratch as that will be fixed under the coverage. I like my car a lot! More

Frank Chow (A.K.A Uncle Frank) was EXCELLENT really knowable about the Mazda lineup an EXPERT of all EXPERTS and LISTENED to our needs and wants witch made it even more pleasant to work with. Also can't forget about Paul Jose, Nato Figliano, Bill Zabonas JUST AN AWESOME team of managers that where willing to help out in any way possible to make sure that we left more then SATISFIED. More

Thankfully we met Esso who provided us with a wealth of information and took so much time to ensure my daughter was well informed. We ended up purchasing the car for her and dealt with sales manager Paul who was also such a pleasure to deal with. Must say that the level of service we received from Paul and Esso made us feel we definitely made the right choice. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend dealing with either of them, thank you guys for a great buying experience for our daughter! More
