Buying Made Easy Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful enough at the best of times, but especially when you are forced to do so suddenly, and during the Christmas Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful enough at the best of times, but especially when you are forced to do so suddenly, and during the Christmas season, it can be overwhelming. My fiance's vehicle decided to die on her at the worst time. She and I visited the Maple Mazda location on a whim just to take a look around and see what some of our options would be. As we looked at some of the used vehicles in the parking lot we were approached almost immediately by Paul the sales manager. He came across as very friendly and gave us our space to browse without being pushy. After walking into the showroom we again talked with Paul and explained to him our situation and asked what our options were. Being skeptical of sales people I was still unsure of where this process was going to end up. To my surprise, from beginning to end this was one of the most comfortable large purchase buying experiences I have ever had. Between Paul and the finance manager Bill, the entire process was a comfortable one. They both went above and beyond to ensure that the deal could be finalized and that we would be satisfied with our purchase. I have been to other dealerships recently myself as I am looking at purchasing a new vehicle in the near future as well, and the customer service has been nowhere near as good as we were treated at Maple Mazda. If you are in the market for a new or used quality vehicle, I highly recommend dropping into the Maple Mazda dealership. Having only dealt with Paul and Bill I can only vouch for their customer service, but if they are the example set by this dealership for what a customer should expect and receive, then I am sure all of their associates are as equally skilled at making your buying experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I wasn't in the market to even purchase a Mazda for myself, but I am almost certain my next vehicle will be a Mazda and will be purchased at Maple Mazda. I wouldn't lie, the expectations were immensely high. Neda was the sales person. Polite and warm, she made sure we were at ease. Paul, the manager and Bill, the finance manager, made us feel we knew them for a while. Brilliant efforts and exceptional service. Kudos to the entire dealership. They not only met, but also exceeded my high-strung expectations. Without a doubt and without any reservations, I would surely recommend this dealership to any one in the market for the car. Horrible used car experience We bought our Mazda Tribute from Maple Mazda. The day we brought it home the battery died, so we got a jump start and brought it back from downtown To We bought our Mazda Tribute from Maple Mazda. The day we brought it home the battery died, so we got a jump start and brought it back from downtown Toronto to Maple. They checked the battery and said it was fine. The next day it died again and we had to get a tow to Maple which they then replaced the battery. A couple days later the engine light went on and there was a problem with the engine. We've never had to ask people to drive us back and forth to Maple so many times. Fast forward a year later and when we're going to change our tires they tell us Mazda never supplied us with the wheel lock keys. So we waited at an auto shop for 2 hours for nothing and had to go to another Mazda dealership to spend $55 for the discontinued key replacement. Maple Mazda really let us down. I'm pretty sure they know their cars come with tire locks and knew they were not supplying the keys. More

From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with friendly, welcoming employees. Paul, who had already left for the day, was contacted by phone and he returned to meet with me (I had chatted on the phone with him the previous day). We took the car out of the showroom for a test drive and it was 'love at first gear'! There was no 'high pressure' sales pitch. He answered all of my questions, provided a wealth of information and made the entire experience a positive one. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and professional and went beyond my expectations to provide excellent customer service. As for the car, I had no hesitation to buying another Miata as I have enjoyed my '96 since I drove IT out of the showroom! I absolutely love my new car and look forward to dealing with the Service Department in the future and keeping in touch with Paul and his team. I absolutely would recommend Maple Mazda to friends, family and acquaintances! More

Love my brand new Mazda CX 5-GT I was looking into buying a new vehicle as my current Honda civic was too small. This was not my first time buying a vehicle and from experience being a female and walking into a dealership alone can be overwhelming. I was referred to Paul Joseph at Maple Mazda from a friend. The minute I walked in I was welcomed with smiles. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help me. The receptionist kindly walked me over to Paul Joseph’s office. I told Paul that I was looking to purchase something bigger than my Honda civic. He was quick to show me what my options were and what would best fit my budget. After patiently talking to me and showing me the differences between several vehicles, I settled on the 2015 Mazda CX 5 GT. He gave me a very good deal in terms of the interest rate and my trade in. I never once felt pressured to buy or add any extra gadgets however; I did appreciate his honesty in helping me make a great decision. The day I picked up my Mazda both Paul Joseph and Frank Chow took the time to explain everything from my warranty to my road side assistance to my blue tooth etc. I love my new Mazda and I will recommend Maple Mazda to anyone I know. More
