I was invited with a time slot as a repeat buyer at Maple Honda. Not only that I was offered no incentives despite the fact that I want to buy a car, but I was overlooked for the small gifts (i.e. gas tank, Honda. Went across the road to Maple Toyota and was treated super nice by John S, and as a result I will buy a car from them, as I need a new one in the next 6 months when my kids goes to University. Jonathan followed up next day from Maple Honda to ask me how the visit was, and after I provided the details he mentioned sarcastically that he is glad Maple Honda helped me decide to buy a Toyota.
