Went in with the intention to purchase a new CRV and trade in my car as well. The OMVIC website clearly says you take whatever the value of the trade and subtract that from the price of the vehicle, th trade in my car as well. Pointed out the mistake and the salesmen said they add the tax to the trade then subtract from the new. He said it comes out the same. In actual fact it would have cost me approximately $2600 more. Later I emailed the GM of Maple Honda asking for an explanation, no response, Real classy and a real benefit to the community that they are part of. No wonder why Costco US is the biggest seller of vehicles. More
