Excellent Customer Service We have leased cars for the last 35 years. Never did we experience the customer service that we did with Ray Mehta. We had visited other Honda dealerships but we're not satisfied with the service they provided. From the moment we walked into Maple Honda he made us feel welcomed and reassured us that we would definitely find the car we wanted within our budget. He demonstrated the confidence of his product and earned our trust. My daughter was thrilled that he took the time to explain the features of her HRV and reassured her that he would be there for her should she have any further questions. He is certainly not your "typical salesman" but rather a caring knowledgeable person who wants you to be happy which is what he strives to do. I would highly recommend anyone who wants an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable salesperson who shares a common vision, Ray Mehta is that person. More

After many outings and many times leaving the dealerships feeling very frustrated with the sales people we finally ended up at Maple Honda where we were greeted by Paul Ficarella. Paul was very knowledgable and answered every question we had. If he was not sure of the answer he went to ask his manager. We found Paul to be very sincere , patient and honest. Truly a pleasure to deal with. It took us some time to decide on the Honda but when the decision was finally made we went back to Maple Honda to see Paul. Very good service! Recently we was looking for a car for my wife. We went to different dealerships and all the time was confused and frustrated. Once we found Honda Maple dealership we met Paul who calm us down, explained everything in details , really was very patient and polite and took off his time to make sure we understand everything.
