From the moment we walked into Maple Honda he made us feel welcomed and reassured us that we would definitely find the car we wanted within our budget. He demonstrated the confidence of his product and earned our trust. My daughter was thrilled that he took the time to explain the features of her HRV and reassured her that he would be there for her should she have any further questions. He is certainly not your "typical salesman" but rather a caring knowledgeable person who wants you to be happy which is what he strives to do. Paul was very knowledgable and answered every question we had. If he was not sure of the answer he went to ask his manager. We found Paul to be very sincere , patient and honest. Truly a pleasure to deal with. It took us some time to decide on the Honda but when the decision was finally made we went back to Maple Honda to see Paul.
