easy helpful people, clean practice I purchased my Honda Accord in Feb 2017 from Maple Honda. Dealt with Paul(salesperson) and Zain (business manager). I had shopped around for a mont I purchased my Honda Accord in Feb 2017 from Maple Honda. Dealt with Paul(salesperson) and Zain (business manager). I had shopped around for a month, and already had an aggressive offer but didn't sign up with the previous dealer because of inconsistency with how their contract was written, and comments they made. At Maples, though I had my guards up initially, talking to Paul was pleasant, and in the 30 mins I was there, he was courteous, polite and non pushy. The most interesting piece was when he requested me to wait at their cafe because one of his customers was there for delivery. In the two other dealers, I had been to, they wouldn't let me out of sight. And I liked the part, that he gave priority to an existing customer (who had already paid, mind you). Also, he didn't try to play low on the wait time and asked for 45 mins. Anyway, my overall experience with him and the finance manager Zain was great. They were helpful, process was smooth and I walked out happily with my car (three weeks from the day we signed). Shop wherever you want, but make sure you visit the dealership and meet Paul before you finalize. More

Excellent and courteous Service My wife and I came to the Maple Honda dealership to lease a brand new Honda Civic hatchback not knowing much about the car.
