When I got there Paul greeted me and provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. He had provided me a quote before our appointment, and stayed true to that quote. He explained the extras, i.e. extended warranty and what I could expect from meeting with the financial manger. My entire experience was relaxed and enjoyable. 3 days later (2 bus. days) I got to pick up my car and that was more fun.
