Staff dishonesty and incompetence 2019 Honda CRV wouldn’t start. Staff accused us of putting low quality gas diluted with water in the car causing damages to the car including spark pl 2019 Honda CRV wouldn’t start. Staff accused us of putting low quality gas diluted with water in the car causing damages to the car including spark plugs, engine oil, fuel injectors and other parts. They claimed damages that had not happened and recommended unnecessary repairs all at our cost. After communicating this to Honda Canada, explaining that we’ve driven the car for more than 80 kms after putting that gas in and showing proof on quality of gas from gas station head office, staff fixed the car without our permission at their own cost. Per their work order, spark plugs were changed and engine oil was flushed out 3 times, but nothing was mentioned about fuel injectors or other parts they had claimed to have been damaged neither had they been opened for further investigation on their initial claims. They had also shown us a sample of the liquid claimed to have been pumped out of our gas tank looking like water and a sample of good gas to compare. However when we asked for sample of that liquid, they gave us one that looked just like the good gas. I’m hoping that Maple HONDA dealership improves their customer relationship and diagnostic skills so that clients don’t face such experience. More
