However, given my dissatisfaction with a recent repair that did not last, I decided to drive the distance to your dealership since I purchased the car from you. From the moment I drove my car into the service department until the resolution of the problem, I was impressed with the total experience. Joe Donato’s positive attitude, candor and reassurance combined with the total efficiency and atmosphere within the service department, made this a much more positive event than I ever had at the other dealership. In fact, it took hours less to fix the problem than it took at the other dealership. I can say that not only will I be using your dealership for service, but I will also recommend it to others.
