Great experience and excellent people I wasn't in a rush to purchase a new truck. I knew what I wanted and it was all about price for me in order to make it happen. Bill took the time to w I wasn't in a rush to purchase a new truck. I knew what I wanted and it was all about price for me in order to make it happen. Bill took the time to walk me through what they had on the lot and we literally 'hand picked' from their huge inventory the truck I finally drove off the lot - about a month later. I should mention, that I was in on my main Sales person's day off and another Sales man had to help me. The truck that I had found and wanted to test drive was parked way in the back on the lot about 6 cars deep. Chuck didn't even flinch. He grabbed a few helpers and had the truck out in minutes! In the finance office, the dollars weren't lining up with what was quoted and they fixed it! No arguing or fighting necessary. Hard to find a decent dealership with good sales staff nowadays. I would definitely buy from here again. I appreciated the time everyone took for me to get exactly what I was looking for. Very patient and friendly staff! More

Wicked Service I have been car shopping fir a little over a month, and I was really confused as far as what to get. I met Bill at Maclin and he was beyond helpful. H I have been car shopping fir a little over a month, and I was really confused as far as what to get. I met Bill at Maclin and he was beyond helpful. He did everything he could to make sure I got a car that I wanted and it would be the right vehicle for my needs, and I had fun doing it. I spent quite a few hours at the dealership, and it was not the most expensive purchase, but despite that Bill went through every motion with me and made sure I was confident about the purchase I was going to make (he was also a fun and down to earth guy, easy to get along with and not 'sales' oriented at all, he was genuinely invested in my needs and wants as a customer). I ended up with a 2013 Ford Fusion, and the pre owned sales manager, Paul, also made sure I was taken good care of with financing and the trade in for my vehicle. What can I say.. I love my new car! I had never bought a car from a dealership before, but Bill and Paul made it very difficult not to buy a car from them with how helpful they were. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these guys, and I would definitely reccomend anyone to Maclin. The customer service I received was better than any other service experience I've had (and as a restaurant manager I pay close attention to that). If you need a car, Maclin is the place to go. More

He took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle and even came to pick me up on the day I was to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle wasn't completely detailed so it had to be redone otherwise my rating would be 5/5. More
