From that point till Delivery of our Factory Order 2017 Edge it was just the easiest Ford Deal we have ever done. All of our questions answered, all of our requests dealt with. We were taken care of by Graham and Candace in a very professional manner. This is our fourth Vehicle that we have leased thru Maclin's and by far the easiest lease we have ever done. If we go for number five, Maclin will be our first choice. We would recommend Maclin's and Graham to anyone. More

Slimy service Department! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Right from the first moment the service department seemed to dismiss anything I said and only cared about Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Right from the first moment the service department seemed to dismiss anything I said and only cared about their agenda. I had a 9 am appointment and at 2 pm the truck still hadn't gone in. I reminded them that I needed the truck back for 4 pm and at 4:15 pm they still hadn't finished. I had to bring the truck back the next day for them to complete the work. On top of that... they charged me $29.80 to tighten up the spare tire which loosened up. A one year old truck still under warranty and they charged me because they couldn't locate a problem. They also charged me $74.50 to put the rubber tailgate stoppers back on. That I am the only person to have it happen... so it was my fault, not Fords. To put the the icing on the cake.... they charged me $12.52 for Shop Charges!!! I will NEVER give them my business again! More

Very poor had an oil chang done here then the next at another dealer was advised the oil filler cap was missing probably left off at previous oil change at mac had an oil chang done here then the next at another dealer was advised the oil filler cap was missing probably left off at previous oil change at maclin. After leaving several messages on voice mail no one bothered to return my call. Finally after further attempts to talk to someone finally got a call back. Was offered reimbursement for the oil filler cap in cash only if I would attend to the dealer...ridiculous! Not worth my time for a lousy 10 bucks. Attitude they couldn't care less More
