Needed some credit help so I was concerned. But that's when I got a call from Greg. He was upfront personal sounded like a good guy and told me he could find me a car. The 1st few cars weren't for me but then he showed me a 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5S. The hard work he must have done allowed me to be able to take care of business at home. I didn't have to look for cars, didn't have to test drive cars and didn't have to buy a beater that I'd be fixing all the time. In your time of needing a reliable car hit up MacNeil Motors. BUYER BEWARE OF 2016 CHEV 2500HD LT CREW CAB WITH 27000 KM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOW QUALITY SERVICE. I was looking for a good used truck for work, Had a young salesman with little experi VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOW QUALITY SERVICE. I was looking for a good used truck for work, Had a young salesman with little experience, over friendly kept calling me buddy should be trained to call customers Sir no respect shown ,he should be working at McDonald's cleaning the bathrooms,at least he would have the experience to keep McNeil bathroom clean. FILTHY PLACE he seated us at one of the dirty picnic tables inside, there was still food and some sticky mess left on it. We cleaned the table off ourselves as he left. He made no attempt to make us comfortable, no coffee etc. These guys like to distract you from the facts and leave you sitting in the dirty showroom. WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHING. They talk openingly about your financial arrangements while everybody is sitting next to you like your at a school field trip. WHERE DID THESE GUYS LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE? THE 2016 Chev 2500HD LT WITH 27000 KM WAS QUESTIONABLE. This truck was brought in from Saskatoon somewhere and didn't arrive until 4:30 pm. After test driving this vehicle I wanted the car facts report, I was told that it would be provided with the financing package , sorry but I haven't decided to buy the truck until I see the report. Would not provide any info on this unit until I left the showroom after 90 minutes and went outside. Further inspection of the truck shows the end gate is not the orginal 2016. When asked why the end gate is pitted with rust spots I get blank stares and told THEY only sell clean vechiles here.Further inspection reveals this truck has been in an accident and repaired off record. Look for the body filler on the back passenger wheel well, they didn't even clean it off before giving this truck a low quality paint job that doesn't match, it shows up when the sun shines on it. My guess is this truck was rearended and fixed in somebodies garage. It is not the work of a professional autobody tech. White over spray on wheel wells and trim package, my kid does better finger painting then this. No mud flaps, no running boards, Heavy rock chip damage on rear quarter panels. Truck was out of gas as they probably just finished putting this GEM BACK TOGETHER AGAIN. What a Humpty Dumpty Deal. Watch for the small dents on both sides of the box midway down towards the top. This truck is not worth the $ 53,000.00 their asking for. BIG JOKE. As I was in the lot waiting for the car report the salesman asked me if he could buy me a case of beer for the road home or if I prefer hard liquor instead. Never have I had this kind of treatment totally unprofessional. They told me they have over 400 vehicles in stock and lots of trucks available but find out they are stored in Saskatoon. 3 HRS OF DRIVING TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE 2 TRUCKS THAT MEET MY NEEDS. OVER ADVERTISED, UNDER SUPPLIED, UNDER STAFFED,OVER PRICED, LOTS OF PROMISES OR AS I CALL THEM CARROTS. DON'T LET THESE GUYS TREAT YOU LIKE A DONKEY. DO NOT WALK IN THEIR DOOR BUYER BEWARE.
