Very disappointing experience with Buick service. I booked a tire change appointment and waited 2–3 weeks. When I arrived, they took my car into the service area but then refused to change the tires I booked a tire change appointment and waited 2–3 weeks. When I arrived, they took my car into the service area but then refused to change the tires because I didn’t have the lock nut key—something that was never mentioned when booking the appointment. They also didn’t have a master key. I was then told to rebook another appointment, wasting over an hour of my time. On top of that, they initially tried to charge me a partial service fee even though no work was done. Only after the manager got involved and coordinated with the sales representative who originally handled my purchase was the situation resolved and my car returned. Also, at the time of purchase, I was told I could buy steel rims later, but now the sales team says they only offer expensive alloy wheels. Poor communication, lack of coordination, and misleading information. Definitely not the level of service expected. More
