Service advisors are always pleasant and great to deal with. Always a good experience, only issue I have is you have to wait 3 weeks to get your oil changed which is not your service advisors fault. with. Great dealership. Although I had an appointment booked 3 weeks in advance for an oil change and to have my grille replaced under warranty. They moved my appointment the day before with no notice, and then had my vehicle for 6 hours and called me to say they didn’t have time to do my oil change and could only do it at 10pm Friday night or may 21st. This is a disappointing outcome as a customer. Especially since my appointment was booked 3 weeks prior. More

I purchased my truck at This dealership and have always had excellent service experiences there, however last evening I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and upon arrival I had to wait had excellent service experiences there, however last evening I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and upon arrival I had to wait at the counter for the service representative to finish his conversation with a customer regarding a totally different subject than service on his car. Then I waited almost 2 hours in the customer service lounge area. Finally I went to see him to ask if there were any issues with my vehicle and he told me that it had been finished for a while. I drive to Moncton from Nova Scotia for my 8PM appointment, told him that I would be waiting in the lounge area and he didn’t make any effort to tell me when my vehicle was ready. Also I inquired about a part for my dash and he didn’t bother to look until I asked again prior to paying the bill and leaving. He said that he was going to find out if the part was under warranty and call me today but he did not and I’m not surprised. I will come back as this is the only time that this has happened to me at MacDonald GMC but I can say with certainty that I was disappointed. More
