Worst experience ever. I first asked to speak to a service adviser. His name i think was Dave and he hanged up the phone on me. I asked to speak to the manager and she, the service manager told me that i was going to have to pay for a service that was still under warranty. She swore on her life that she had spoken to my service adviser who assured me that the service had been covered. I couldn´t understand why this manager lied straight to my face after i asked to speak to Tyler, my service adviser. I had to speak to 2 other people and then Tyler whom corroborated my story. All the manager had to do was talk to her staff instead she lied so that she could make some more money on a service. Extremely disappointed and horrible dealer. I was also the end of one of my leases with MINI and guess what... because of this experience i´d rather get a different car for sure!!!! AWEFUL Service! More

Trina and Alex were very straight forward with me throughout the process, which was greatly appreciated. The car was in immaculate condition upon delivery and Peter was very helpful in teaching me everything about my new mini. He even went above and beyond by suggesting a few aftermarket accessories that he had that would make my life easier. They have already. I look forward to dealing with MINI Downtown in the future More
Do not ever buy this car here of anywhere else I have a 2014 mini cooper roadster with a Harmon Kardon sound system that sounded really good. After less than a year and a half, the amp died. Long s I have a 2014 mini cooper roadster with a Harmon Kardon sound system that sounded really good. After less than a year and a half, the amp died. Long story short, after many attempts, the sound system is now terrible. Terrible! And you can't go after market because the entire diagnostic system for the car goes through the amp and the radio. So, I'm stuck. And they've told there's nothing they can do. The door locks don't work either, they never fixed them. The trunk opening is hit and miss, but they say it's fine. They're beyond awful. You're wasting your money and buying nothing but a lot of headaches. More
service mediocre at best I've had my Mini 3 years now, every service there has been issues i addressed that they have ignored. last time i took it in due to a service light i I've had my Mini 3 years now, every service there has been issues i addressed that they have ignored. last time i took it in due to a service light i was told it was a brake service warning and i needed new pads, i asked what the % remaining was and was told 50%. I've driven the car 3 years and used 50% of the pads i think i',m ok a while longer, then they didn't do the other minor requests i had (all livable issues) now i try and book because i had another flashing warning light and was told they would do an emergency service (so 24-48 hours after dropping the car. Well service closes at 5 so i figure i can drop overnight and it will be ready for 2 days but no they said that would be 2 days fro tomorrow am (despite the fact that no-one could look at it between 5 pm and 9 am, once my warranty expires next year bmw/mini will never see my car at any location because the service is very poor. the Sales service was good i will say and that is why i rated 3 stars . Oh and my roof decal has had numerous issues las time they replaced it and the replacement looked horrible withing 6 months More
Best service experience ever! Tyler and Trina are the best service and sales team ever. I had a list of little things I needed looked at and they were all taken care of on top of Tyler and Trina are the best service and sales team ever. Trina made it super easy to book and communicated with me as my service was being done. Saved me time and money! Plus my car was shiny when I got it back. More

Worst experience EVER ! I have not seen any other dealership that would be less straightforward than Downtown Mini. Wouldn't consider taking Sheldon anywhere else. My experience with the service department at Mini was simply flawless I honestly cannot think of a way to improve upon it short of being able to book My experience with the service department at Mini was simply flawless I honestly cannot think of a way to improve upon it short of being able to book the appointment online perhaps. There was a slight issue with the car I borrowed and the service representative Tyler Dale (I believe) was so lovely about it. While I was disappointed that my car which is less than a year old had an issue that required a part being replaced, that was certainly no fault of the service department. And in fact, the service department was so wonderful to deal with that I believe it makes up for the car having an issue. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Dale, and every other member of the service team. When I dropped off my Mini, named Sheldon Mr. Dale let me know what the issues sounded like, what the timeline would be and told me he would call to keep me updated. To my surprise I got a call later that day updating me and providing me with what turned out to be a very accurate timeline. I felt like I was kept updated and informed the entire time Sheldon was under the service department's care. The health system in Ontario could take a lesson from Mini Downtown's Service Department on how to keep an nervous "parent" calm and informed of the care being provided. After my interactions with Mr. Dale and the other members of the service department I cannot imagine taking my mini to be cared for anywhere else. More

Mini Downtown and especially Mario, Aaron and Tyler have been amazing to work with. This location also has an upstairs section which has a very comfortable setup (couches, table and chair and large windows) to work at while you're waiting for your service to be completed. I highly recommend Mini Downtown. More
Never again! Lots of serious issues with the service dept. 1) Took my Cooper S as I was hearing noises coming from the wheels. Did online search, seemed that t Lots of serious issues with the service dept. 1) Took my Cooper S as I was hearing noises coming from the wheels. Did online search, seemed that the issue was with the bearings. Service called me up saying it was the brake calipers seizing, which was strange since I didn't have any issues with the brakes. So they replaced the rear calipers, noises still happening. Then they said the hand brake cable was seizing. Replaced and still noises. Then they finally said yes, it is probably the bearings. Fixed, and the noises were gone. Still, of course they charged me for everything. 2) Forgot that I vowed to never go to this dealer again, took it in for 55 pt inspection as there was a special for $40. When I picked up the car, noticed that the driver side was all wet. Apparently the sunroof drainage has been dislocated. Even though I never had issue with it before, of course it had nothing to do with the inspection they just did. They wanted to charge me $460 to fix it. Finally remembered, never EVER go to this dealer... More
