We contacted this dealership about 5 times within the last 3 months as we were shopping for 2 Minis. Just got an email saying thanks for contacting them & how great, professional they are. Nothing mentioned about the vehicles we are interested in. Bought 1 so far and was talking to their service manager Paul (knowledge guy with fantastic service) last week. It was our 1st in person visit. Since the deal of our 2nd Mini felt through and Paul had given us such a great impression, we went back to this dealership hoping to buy our 2nd Mini there. What a mistake - we were there about 15 minutes only greet by the receptionist Sonya (very nice lady). We passed by over 20 staff as we walked through new sales to pre-owned, including a manager in her office then later on came out to the coffee station. A few of the sales staff looked up, most of them were either on internet via cell phones or shopping on the desktop as we saw while walking back pass the receptionist to our car and no one even bothered to say hi. Sonya saw us coming back so soon and she greet and followed up. If the rest of the sales staff can be as professional as Sonya, BMW/ Mini Markham would have much more business. More

Vehicle delivery with Service was not so much, as the vehicle was not only not ready for pickup, but damaged during the on my customer satisfaction.
