I recently had my front brake pads and rotors replaced a couple weeks ago. I was happy with the great customer service and great mechanic work on my car. There is no noise and it drives smooth. We purchased a brand new Mini, the 3 door special edition British racing green, and had it shipped to Vancouver. When it got here the battery was damaged. The Vancouver dealer said it was damaged during ship British racing green, and had it shipped to Vancouver. When it got here the battery was damaged. The Vancouver dealer said it was damaged during shipping and it should be replaced at the Markham dealers expence. After 4 or 5 trys and with contacting the sales manager Brian, never getting called back after leaving many messages I have decided to write a bad review. If I could I'd give them a-5 stars I would but 1 star will have to suffice. The battery cost installed by the Vancouver dealer was $875.00. The service and being ignored by Brian the sales manager for Mini Markham is appalling. I am very upset with this person and the dealership as a whole and would say to any prospective customers, "if you want to purchase a Mini don't go to Markham Mini on Kennedy Road. More
