After being the innocent party in a three car collision, I was upset to learn that my 2007 Honda, which I'd had from new, was written off by ICBC. I was stressed beyond belief to find myself having to make I was upset to learn that my 2007 Honda, which I'd had from new, was written off by ICBC. I was stressed beyond belief to find myself having to make major decisions regarding a replacement, doing so as a single, retired lady. (refuse to label myself as elderly). This during the current crazy, new and used car, market shortage! I did my research and from the moment I walked into the dealership, felt like a weight had been removed from my shoulders. The whole Hyundai team was amazing but special kudos to Sid, who was very knowledgable and without any pressure guided me through the process of selecting and purchasing my Kona. Also, my thanks to Alfred, who patiently explained all the financial and warranty options available to me. At no time did I feel pressured in any way and in fact was made to feel supported in all my decisions. Great job Hyundai Team! Love, love my car and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Lougheed Hyundai is a good place to purchase a vehicle, they did not have the colour that we wanted on the lot but they got it very quickly.
