All of the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and patient as we navigated the process of purchasing and financing a new vehicle. In total we made 4 visits to the dealership: look at the vehicle we were interested in; do a test drive and put in the order; answer a question I had and lastly to pick up the new vehicle. I was able to 'be in charge' and go at my pace. I had all my questions answered professionally. The only "down side" was at the time of picking up the vehicle. I received a lot of information in a very short period of time and I'm not sure that I absorbed it all. I am very happy with the purchase.
