dead battery few weeks after the service I went for a regular maintenance service and as I had some problems starting my 2104 RDX, I specifically asked to have a look at this issue. The deale I went for a regular maintenance service and as I had some problems starting my 2104 RDX, I specifically asked to have a look at this issue. The dealership convinced me on several upgrades to the standard maintenance required (which I did as winter is coming and I thought it is worts) and reported there is no issue with the starting and marked my battery test as OK on the paper work. After the service I still had some issues starting the RDX but trusted the dealership everything is okay. Few weeks lated I drove to Victoria for a trip and my RDX did not start in the morning I was supposed to go back on the BC Ferries (Sunday). After a jump-start it was confirmed at Canadian Tire that my battery needs replacement. With new battery there is no starting issue anymore. Thank you Lougheed Acura I have a big trust in you!!! Very quick and painless purchase of a new car! We had been looking for a new vehicle and had been to a few dealerships and disliked the way the salespeople do what we call the sales back and forth We had been looking for a new vehicle and had been to a few dealerships and disliked the way the salespeople do what we call the sales back and forth dance with the sales manager. This was my 3rd time buying Acura cars from Sales manager Chris. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was not tired of my same questions over and over again. He has been there all the time whenever I needed help from him not only sales but services as well. I ended up leasing 2017 MDX with Chris’s explanations of the difference between leasing and financing in detail. Also I should thank to Katie, a financial services manager who worked very hard to get my deal approved. Both Chris and Katie had to stay late because of me on Friday. I could not believe Chris spent such a long time going through every single features in the car when he was supposed to be off work. He went extra miles for me. I really appreciate that.
