Do not even attempt to go to this dealership if you want trust and respect, which I find are the most important qualities for a good dealership. I suggest going only if you've given them an extreme low b trust and respect, which I find are the most important qualities for a good dealership. I suggest going only if you've given them an extreme low ball and they accept, even then...I wouldn't even trust the security of the car. Originally, the customer service was good...until they took my deposit (telling me that the car is reserved for me) and then on the same day, sold the car without even trying to contact me. Then, The rep (the used car manager) tells me it's his boss (Michel Gagne, owner of nissan longueuil) who sold the car. So, there's your respect and your trust. So, customer service = 1. Quality of work = 1 No attempt to even try to keep the car with the knowledge of a deposit and no attempt to contact me at all. Friendliness = 1 On the phone, the rep is completely condescending until he knows you are a reference. His tone changes a bit...but then his tone changes back to condescendance after he sold the car (which was his fault) didn't even sound sorry. OVerall experience = 1 The average of the score. All in all, don't go to this dealership...actually it may even be the same for all of groupe auto longueuil. More
