Service I bought by car there last year and this year i received a call by them to make the oil change. First of all they propose me the service concerning th I bought by car there last year and this year i received a call by them to make the oil change. First of all they propose me the service concerning the oil change with an extra of some verifications in the car. They gave me a price but i refused and then they told me that i can choose another plan whitout the extra verifications wich i accepted. The price was good to me. The day i went to make the changement they charge me the double of the price. Really bad service. More

Worst Dealership-False expectations and no Customer Service Visited this dealership back in February 2017 as per an annual invitation to existing customers. Returned our 2013 Sentra rental for a new 2017 Rogue Visited this dealership back in February 2017 as per an annual invitation to existing customers. Returned our 2013 Sentra rental for a new 2017 Rogue. Salesperson was friendly and dealt with us for the switchover. Our previous car was evaluated and inspected where no damages where found (confirmed by salesperson and inspector). 2 weeks after picking up our new rental (Rogue), Nissan withdrew the monthly payment on the old rental (Sentra) and a few days later, a payment for the new rental (Rogue). We called Nissan Canada to get reimbursed and they confirmed this was a mistake and we would receive our reimbursement within 1-2 weeks. To our surprise, 2 weeks later, we received a bill from Nissan Canada claiming that we owed them damages done on the car when it was returned. Obviously, these damages were falsified as we personally inspected the car when on the dealership lot AND it was also inspected and evaluated with no damages. Called Nissan Canada to get this problem resolved and they said they couldn't do anything as we had to call their third party insurance company to claim the damages so we could potentially be reimbursed. Why would I call their third party insurance company for damages that are not founded?!? Also, why would I be the one calling their third party insurance company to place a claim when the insurance company is through Nissan?!? Why aren't we told about this so called insurance and everything that surrounds it?!? From dealing with the salesperson at the moment of the new rental, there's no mention of this and they tell us that when we bring the rental back, it's all covered at no costs! I then called the Sales Director at the specific dealership where he said there was nothing he could do for us and all we had to do is call this insurance company. He seemed very reluctant to provide help, assistance and support. I proceeded to explain that I should not have to place a claim when there was no damages on the previous rental and his own salesperson AND inspector confirmed it all. He then proceeded to continue telling me to claim it so I could maybe get reimbursed for the over-payment taken without our consent. As of today, I am within my over 2 months of trying to get this resolved through Nissan and I'm not even one step closer to a solution. Promises for call backs and follow-ups have never occur, I am the one that has to run after them for updates, voicemail messages asking them to call back are dismissed and again, I have to call back for a follow-up or TRY to speak with someone. Worst experience ever in a dealership and I would not recommend them to anyone. I had no choice to rate the overall rating to "1 star" since I couldn't submit this review if I didn't ... not even deserving of that 1 star! More

Anywhere else would be better time of appointment is not respected. Be careful when employees reformulate what you tell them because it will be reuse against you if not using t time of appointment is not respected. The thing is we are not mechanical people. Price are overrated compare to others places I have been. I clearly recommend any where else. More

To replace a booth at 160$, they put some plastic tie wrap which didn't last a kilometer. Back home, I saw the same problem, go back at the dealer who answered that they odten do that (!!!) They finally put a metal tie wrap, but a year later I saw the same problem - the tie wrap is not there anymore. I went to a another Nissan dealer who tell me it's not the good booth... Never go to Nissan Longueuil, they will never solve your problem. I tried to speak to the boss and owner, nobody called me back. More
