At Londonderry, they were so nice, very professional and made my experience so easy and enjoyable! Frank was amazing to deal with right away. Darren was very experienced, and unreal to talk numbers with and made sure I understood everything and was okay with it, and Matt was another amazing person to deal with in finance! I will be returning for more vehicle purchases in the future. More

Then once the family found out what happened they promised to help with some rebates, told us to come back 4 times then told us it's our problem and wouldn't even give what they kept offering, fist 2000 rebate, then one, then a payment or two, then just told us to go away, they don't care, thanks for putting someone who clearly was already in financial ruin into more, and good luck collecting from her welfare when the loan defaults! Very Unprofessional behavior i would not go back or recommend anyone to go back to the dealership. The sales person wouldn't even discuss the price for my new truck unless I put my initials on the papers. Then i asked about the value for my trade in car and he wanted to have a deposit down before he started working. It's like me being there and giving him my word while sitting his office didnt mean anything to him. His Excuse, it's a Company Policy. And if those are in fact company policies then i would never ever deal with that company. Felt really disrespected. More

Scammed!! Was going to buy a 4x4, they switched the truck!! I was dealing with my sales girl over text on a specific truck wanted to purchase from the dealership. My specifics were that it had to be a 2015 or I was dealing with my sales girl over text on a specific truck wanted to purchase from the dealership. My specifics were that it had to be a 2015 or newer black or white Dodge 1500 and it HAD TO HAVE 4X4!! I had a pre-approved loan through a bank, so all I needed to do was find a truck that stayed within my budget. My sales girl found me one, sent me pictures, the mechanical inspection with the VIN etc. We set up a date and I came in to test drive the truck. When I arrived I was sent into finance with Andrew, and he told me he found me the SAME truck just with less miles so my interest rate was lower. I took it for a 3 minute test drive around town on DRY pavement, and agreed to purchase the truck. As a first time truck owner I didn't think to look for the 4 x 4, as my sales girl knew my specifics on what I needed in a truck, and also Andrew in finance assured me it was the same truck with less kms. The first issue I ran into was when I went into sign the papers for the truck Andrew made this new truck sound amazing and the original truck like it was garbage, higher payments, higher interest, and it was through a different bank. I specifically told them I had a pre-approved loan through a bank, so they went without my permission and got me approved through a different bank. Not impressed. I thought I had the truck I wanted, so let it go and took the truck. Second issue was when I went in to register my plate to the truck. The bill of sale I have isn't signed by anyone but me!! When I called Andrew on the spot to let him know this, his response was "I would say just forge my signature but I guess you're standing right in front of them aren't you." Wow. So he faxed through a copy of the bill of sale that he just signed, and away I went. Third issue. I was driving home from the city after about a week and a half of owning it, and decided I should look for the 4x4 so I knew where it was for emergencies, etc. Guess what? I couldn't find a 4x4 button anywhere! I had a guy friend check it over, and he informed me that the truck was 2 wheel drive! I was not impressed, and texted my sales girl and tried to rectify the situation. She apologized, saying she had no idea, and told me to contact the sales manager, Peter to get this situation taken care of. I contacted Peter, and he was very apologetic as well, saying we needed to get this taken care of and that I needed to speak with the General Manager, Mitch. I again contacted the dealership and spoke with Mitch. After a few days of chatting back and fourth about the situation, they completely came right out and told me I could NOT bring back the truck (after 2 weeks), that too bad I bought it and it was mine. I also had a car I traded in with the truck, and they would not give me my car back. They said the paper work was done and there's nothing they were going to do for me. I am still completely in awe at the lack of professionalism at that dealership, and the fact that they sold me a truck I SPECIFICALLY said that I didn't want. I am currently waiting to hear back from AMVIC, as I filed an official complaint with them. Terrible dealership, and I would NEVER advise anyone to buy from there! *Update* When Londonderry wouldn't help me and I informed the General Manager that I was filing an official complaint through AMVIC, he said "Haha good luck with that, you won't get anywhere." After speaking back and fourth through AMVIC for over a month, I got my 4x4 truck. With no help from the dealership at all. They then asked if I would take down the review I put about their dealership as " I got what I wanted." No thanks to them. Review stays, they're an absolutely terrible and unprofessional dealership. The WORST sales I have ever experienced. The parts and service department is great! Have always been treated well. Sales on the other hand has been less then impressive. I have tried multip The parts and service department is great! Have always been treated well. Sales on the other hand has been less then impressive. I have tried multiple times to purchase viechles here. The first time I tried purchasing a Jeep Wrangler from them. They offered me 18k on a trade that was on average selling well over 30k on the market, and when I said I wasn't interested in selling privately and buying their new Jeep anyways I was continually harassed and pretty much belittled. Two weeks later Go Dodge St Paul gave me the exact deal I was looking for, that was a completely fair deal on both sides IMO. The second time I did actually end up buying a Challenger off of them. I did feel like I got it for a decent price in the end, but I ended up knowing the previous owner because he was in one of the same car clubs I am a member of. When I brought this up they told me I was wrong... lol. I bought the car and the previous owner still had a VIN locked programmer for the car, and guess what... it was the car 100%, and the VIN locked programmer matched and worked on the car. I was recently in the market for a newer 3500 diesel truck. I was interested in a couple of trucks on their lot. The one I was most interested in had exhaust "stacks" on it. I said I would be interested in purchasing the trucks if the stacks were removed, they were not willing to put a normal muffler on a 58000$ truck with out me paying for it! So with that truck being now out of the question it was on to the second one. The sales man pulled the truck up and right away I noticed a dent in the tail gate, I brought it up and the sales man said "oh don't worry tailgate's are cheap". Really!!? A tail gate on a Longhorn 3500 that has electric locking and back up camera is "cheap"? Cheaper than a muffler? Lol. To top it off a day after I gave a 1 star Google review they called me. They were asking why I gave a bad review. I pretty much explained as much as I could to them before they got in another full out argument with me. I literally had to end it in a hang up. My advice do your research shop around and avoid these guys because they will just get mad at you if they didn't get their way. Lol. More

He went out of his way to set several cars up for me. I told him what I was looking for and he actually set one of each colour up for me to review and take for a test drive. Just before I arrived I sent him a photo of what I wanted for a paint sceme and he arranged for me to take the car for the weekend and had a shop arranged to do the work after the weekend and send me the car after it's complete. I live 5 hours away from that dealership. I would highly recommend the sales staff there to friends and family any day More
Typical Slimey and deceptive old-school Sales Tactics It's hard to understand how the art of sales in New/Used cars hasn't kept up with the expectations and intelligence of the 21st century consumer, this It's hard to understand how the art of sales in New/Used cars hasn't kept up with the expectations and intelligence of the 21st century consumer, this place is no exception. Every shady and cheesy sales tactic that you see in a movie or can Google, is exactly what you'll experience. It's like they're adhering to a bad sales script from the 80's on what NOT to do, but they go ahead and do it anyway. I wanted to trade in my car for a new truck. They asked me to come in for an appraisal to get the "VERY BEST DEAL EVER OFFERED". While I test drove a demo Ram Longhorn (with 10k kms) because the vehicle I actually came in for had a deposit on it from 3 days ago (of course they neglected to share this via email) the Manager didn't make use of the time and appraise my vehicle. No... he waited until we returned, then they spent another 30 minutes doing the appraisal while I sat there and stared at my thumbs in awkward silence. Finally the Manager comes back and gives the poor sales guy some figures on a piece of paper. They were going to give me $19k for a car that sells on Autotrader for $30-33k... ok.. sure... then he indicated that the price of the vehicle I just test drove was $51k. Here's the catch, the demo truck had 10k kms on it, had scratches and paint imperfections all over it, because the management had been driving it for a year... but of course, the price they indicated was the same as a brand new Longhorn with 0 kms and fully warranty. It's as if the manager thinks you're an idiot and will just bite on any numbers they provide?! So dumb.. I have no idea what the education level is of these Managers but it was the dumbest set of numbers I had ever seen. I then challenged the Manager on why he would charge me the exact same amount as a new Longhorn, for a "used Longhorn". He look stunned. He then asked, well what would you think is a fair number? I told him, he clearly doesn't have my best interest in mind for he just tried to screw me over by selling me a used vehicle for the price of a new one, and that I lost faith in him. I then walked out after insisting they return my car keys that were held hostage (typical sale tactic) These guys are gamey. Do NOT buy a vehicle from places like this. More
