My husband and I factory ordered a 2020 2 door Jeep Wrangler in December. Our sales person Hamzah was pretty absent and unavailable during the wait time. Most of my questions about tires and accessorie Wrangler in December. Our sales person Hamzah was pretty absent and unavailable during the wait time. Most of my questions about tires and accessories fell on his deaf ears. The final days before we received the Jeep, my frustration boiled over and the sales manager Denver took over. He was informative and knew what we needed almost before we knew we needed it. He corrected wrong information that the other sales manager Duncan had given us about factory remote starts on a standard transmission & assigned us a skilled salesman named Chance to give us a proper walk through during our delivery process. We have had the Jeep for almost 2 full months and I wish someone had mentioned running boards for getting in and out of the two door. First it cuts down on the mess inside as it gives the passenger a place to stand when getting in and out of the back seat. Also would help with the horrible spray that comes off the front tires, up the door and window. We ordered the sunrider soft top and it doesn’t not have a back window wiper. Between the spray off the tires and up the back window, I’m washing it every other day, just so I can see when I drive. Because of Edmonton’s wonderful winter I’ve spent $78 in February alone, washing it. It’s a bit of a gas pig as well but that might be because of all the revving I do with the manual transmission. Other than that issue, I’m completely satisfied with my experience and my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep. More
I thought I was making a good decision going with dodge to buy a used vehicle, I could of saved a lot of money buying used elsewhere but thought hey they are well known why not go with them? BE AWARE of wh to buy a used vehicle, I could of saved a lot of money buying used elsewhere but thought hey they are well known why not go with them? BE AWARE of what your buying used from this dealership. I purchased a used 2015 Dodge Journey with 81000km on it in December 2019, within two weeks the vehicle was in for full front and back brakes, shocks and rotors ( the vehicle came with a 21 point inspection)!! When I got the car back the loud clunking noise was so bad I was afraid to drive the vehicle , so within the month this is the second time going in, only to be pushed off saying they don’t hear anything and they didn’t fix anything , but the noise was gone when I got the vehicle back! A family member who is a red seal mechanic told me, I think it’s the abs and watch yourself because they are pushing you off until it isn’t their problem anymore and your stuck paying for repairs! Well this week I get in my vehicle to drive home and the engine light and traction control lights are on, they took it in again being hesitant because they were tired of me coming to them with the issues ! I get a phone call say I’m responsible to pay $900 to replace the abs module!! Now this has been an on going issue that was mentioned in documented text of me telling them there is something seriously wrong with it, only to be pushed off like I’m a moron , now I’m on the hook for $900 because they won’t fix the issue! Nothing but problems with them and they won’t admit their wrong and push you off , well my voice will be heard on every review site to warn all potential customers to RUN when you see anyone from dodge trying to sell you their used crap! It’s sad that Canada has no lemon laws here, dodge your a highway robbery company and you don’t give a crap about your customers only the dollar and that’s sad ! You will not ever get a cent from me again, a good review or any potential clients from my word of mouth, I will trash you anytime I hear the name Londonderry dodge! Own up to your faulty xxxx vehicles your passing onto people ! More

We went to see Mike Bencz at Londonderry and he went above and beyond and got us an unbelievable deal and stayed in contact with us through the whole process. After pricing out a wrangler at several dif above and beyond and got us an unbelievable deal and stayed in contact with us through the whole process. After pricing out a wrangler at several different dealerships in the area, Londonderry wiped the floor with all of them and Mike was fantastic at implementing it all and keeping us happy. . 100% recommend these guys, best customer service in Alberta and BC, don’t even waste your time looking anywhere else! Good to see them back on track This is a little long, but I like telling stories so you can read it all or not. We had been shopping for a new mid-size SUV for a while. We tried This is a little long, but I like telling stories so you can read it all or not. We had been shopping for a new mid-size SUV for a while. We tried the Honda Pilot, Acura MDX, Porsche Cayenne, Infinite Q series, Toyota 4 Runner, Highlander, BMW 5 series, Audi, Mercedes GLs, Nissan Murano, and Lexus RX. Choice was strictly about which vehicle she liked to drive best with no attempts by me to sway the choice. It was VERY interesting to see car salesman trying to sell her a vehicle based entirely on the vehicle’s merits. Cost, financing, gas mileage and all the other things they like to talk about were not in the realm of the discussion. We had some very good salesman and one good saleswoman (Lexus). We also had two salesmen who failed miserably when it came to selling on the merits alone and another salesman who could not deal respectfully with a woman as the sole decision maker (I wasn’t looking at the vehicle with her but she told me the story. He was rude and disrespectful enough she phoned the GM and complained). Of the three Chrysler outlets we dealt with, Londonderry and Crosstown were both excellent, the other one in south Edmonton was absolutely atrocious, even just enquiring via email. After much looking, test driving of different makes of SUVs, from Porsche, Lexus and Audi to Honda and Toyota she settled on the V8 Grand Cherokee Summit with very specific colors for the interior and exterior. If Crosstown would have had one in stock we would have bought it there. Looking at the Jeep site inventory on line, we found the exact model and color combination in stock at Londonderry Chrysler, and a couple of other dealers just outside Edmonton. Londonderry is far more convenient but after reading so many negative reviews on Dealer Rater and Google about this dealership, plus having left them in 2011 after dealing there for decades, I wasn’t too hopeful that buying there would work out. I sent them an email asking for an all in quote. Got a very quick response from Alex and Justin, Londonderry’s Internet sales managers. Got the other three quotes back shortly after theirs. Londonderry wasn’t quite the cheapest for the exact same model and options but for the difference we decided to go see them rather than use one of the nearby, but out of town Chrysler dealers. Salesman assigned to take us on the test drive was Ben. Nice young guy, friendly, knew his product pretty good and was good about looking up the info on anything he didn’t know right off the top of his head. They were good about sticking to the email quote they sent me, even shaved a couple of hundred off. They didn’t try to play any stupid Dealer games with us, and I very much appreciate that. Since it was a cash deal there weren’t many complications so it only took about ten minutes in the finance office. One point, the Chrysler Extended Bumper to Bumper no deductible warranty was very high priced. Since you can buy this through any dealership, not just the one you buy the vehicle from, we shopped that around at a couple of other dealers and managed to find a price over a grand lower than the $4,988 we were quoted. In addition, we found out there is a 7/115,000 Klm version with identical coverage for $2995 including GST so $2,000 less than the 7/160,000 Klm. Also found out from information received from the other dealers that you have 12 months/20,000 Klms from the date you get the vehicle to purchase the Extended Warranty with no surcharges and 3 years/60,000 with additional charges. The 7/115 option and the 12/20 to purchase would have been useful information for the Londonderry finance office to have provided up front. My family and I have been buying vehicles and having them serviced at Londonderry since about 1975. There was a period in 2010/11 when the whole atmosphere of the place changed, and not for the better. We moved all of our business to Crosstown in 2011. Don’t know what went wrong during that period but we are very happy to see them back on the good track they used to always have. All in, I think Londonderry did a great job and would recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new vehicle. More
