Mani Gill and Accounting department had no follow through when it came to our interaction. They purchased a vehicle from us where they were supposed to clear the lien and this was detailed in the paper work. Over a six month span there were two cancelled cheques, one fumbled EFT approval and many many "we'll take care of its". After many phone calls and texts this might be sorted but not after they defaulted on the loan, forced RBC to re-open a zero percent interest loan at 7% interest and leave use footing the bill for the additional charges that were on the loan due to interest and loan fees. I should also note. Mani was always kind when we spoke but seemed like if a person wasn't pestering him we weren't getting the action we needed. After some time we were contacted by GM Mitch and he was very kind and caring, and very receptive and responsive the the issues that we had. At the end of the day even thought there was issues it did get fixed just glad we had the money to deal with the issues and that the issues didnt cause other problems for us. On a side note there were lessons learned for both sides, do i think Canada Post was a big problem in all of this yes i do, but i cant go after them for being useless. At the end of the day we were made whole and had a nice apology which I really appreciate because things will always happen in business but at the end of the day they lived up to the contract with no fighting and that is all a person can ask for. Snake oil salesmen! Had so many issues and was basically told you bought it its your problem! Paid over $50000 for a vehicle that was undrivable in 8 months. They failed to supply Carfax later found out there had been multiple undisclosed collisions. 1 month after purchase we realized what was happening and asked for a replacement vehicle but they were completely unwilling to help in any way. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. I had to buy another vehicle and I'm stuck making payments on heap I can't drive. 0 stars More

WORST DEALERSHIP …. .DO NOT BUY FROM LONDONDERRY …..I traded in my 22 ram for a new 24 longhorn. My 22 I had a couple minor accidents with it and had some issues with the repairs from Car star. So I thought just get a new one … go pick up my new 100g truck Walked around. Talking to the sales guy Rhet Looked fine. I go get my windows tinted come home. And I noticed a defect in the paint workman ship on the tail gate … I call the sales manager Justin to let him know 2 hours later to which he was useless and no help … I wait a few days to hear from Ray the general sales manager. Bring my truck in to show him “ oh yea he says they can fix the bottom the whole tail gate won’t have to me paint “. Lie. I knew they had to paint the whole gate to blend in the paint. This is not what I wanted to deal with since I just traded in my old ram for a new one. Not to have any issues .. Ray then stalls and makes me wait weeks for an answer… the gate had get painted and when I picked up my truck they put the wrong wrong tonneau cover on … the put a cheap one on and Moe the sales manager lies to me telling me that’s all they could get in stock. Yet I just went to parts and they could have a mopar one the next day. Why lie and get me the cheap generic one ?????and to top it off. The defect in the tail gate was right at eye view when the licence plate gets put on. The sales guy Rhet should of seen it. And the detailer should of noticed it .. but hide it and let me drive off the lot. The dealership just wants your money and pass off any issues to service … I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP …. Justin and Moe and Ray just lie to customers and not care ….if you do buy from these ppl. Make sure you fully walk around and dissect your vehicle… then they childishly take my email off there list lol This dealership is a joke More
