So sad I have to give London Honda a 1 star review, but just one interaction can completely ruin it. Loved the service here, but Brian Farmer was exceptionally unprofessional - first of all - we ordered t just one interaction can completely ruin it. Loved the service here, but Brian Farmer was exceptionally unprofessional - first of all - we ordered the wrong part (which is also on me, but you would expect a parts specialist would correct you). And so when I was picking it up - I've opened the box to realize it is the wrong thing. And that's where it all went downhill - he came up to me very hostile, started yelling at me, calling me a liar (assuming I found a better price somewhere) and being bullish (repeating over and over "so huh, how did you fix your car then?") - all of this in front of my 8 y.o. daughter. I've told him I would like to return the item, and I'm fine if there's a restock fee (like literally everywhere else). He kept bullying me, and after going back and forth finally told me "okay, you know what - I'll charge you a restock fee if you that smart". Completely ruined it for me, also was looking to replace our Accord with something newer, but now I just don't feel safe coming into this dealership. Very sad, loved the service. More
