I would give it zero stars if I could I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to have my tires swapped out (which were stored at London Honda). When I got there, I was told it would take I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to have my tires swapped out (which were stored at London Honda). When I got there, I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Meanwhile, people without appointments were having their vehicles serviced before me. I asked them to check the wiper blades on my CR-V, and they didn't check the rear wiper, which was hanging off the arm about 1/2". A couple months later, I called to ask them to retrieve my tires (I was selling my CR-V), and they told me it would take 24 hours to retrieve them. I went to the dealership two days later and they hadn't retrieved my tires. When I began to get frustrated at waiting, I got, "We have 1600 sets of tires". Not "I'm sorry" or "We dropped the ball" or even "Can you come back later?". Absolutely no accountability at this dealership and they couldn't care less how they treat you. More

When I arrived in the store, most of the service managers were gone. A female worker in the first desk said "Go to other desks because there was a shift change for employees." I went and waited for a long time in front of the others, but no one even acknowledged me. When I went back to her to reconfirm what I heard, she was really rude. She seemed really annoyed at me, snapping back, not even allowing me to finish my question. I understand she had a long day but she should have a better attitude. I have visited this store for 11 years but there are no longer any kind and experienced employees left anymore. I will find another place for my new car and service in the future. More

Just needed an oil change When my van was at 20% oil life I looked on line to book an appointment...nothing was available until November 19....almost three weeks from the date. I called to see if there was any chance I could get in as I'm from out of town, and work every day and many evenings...they said, pop over (1/2 drive) and see if they can fit you in. Today I tried (as a day off suddenly appeared!), called first and they said give it a try...so I did...minimum 3 1/2 hour wait and they couldn't even promise that. I don't have that much time to wait, or "kill time" shopping. This dealership needs to figure out how to service all the vehicles they sell. I realize it's snow tire season...but maybe extend the hours? I'd like to have my new van serviced by Honda...but I'm forced to go elsewhere. This is not the first time I've been disappointed with their service :( More

Extremely unhappy with the Service I have been taking my Honda CRV to this dealership for a couple of years and had good service in the past. However, twice now they have not delivered on the service. I made an appointment almost two weeks ago to get my car serviced for a number of issues including changing a gasket that is under warranty but when I went there I was told that someone made a mistake and did not properly record all the required services. So they don’t have time to do the required warranty work and they don’t even have the part anymore. It is so upsetting since this is the second time I booked an appointment for the service but they failed to deliver. The last time I had waited two hours despite booking an appointment and my car was not even touched. Perry Aiden did address my discontent the first time but continuing to have issues, i will be definitely looking at servicing my vehicle somewhere else and will no longer consider buying a car from that dealership More
Don’t like this dealership, Don’t go to this dealership because when they’re sale to you then after that they don’t care about you. Last year I bought a Brand new Honda Pilot but Don’t go to this dealership because when they’re sale to you then after that they don’t care about you. Our advisor ca From the time we entered the London Honda dealership, we knew we would have an excellent experience. All the staff were very friendly. Our advisor came to be Dave Pope. Dave was very personable, enthusiastic about the Honda product, and accommodating. He knew all the details of the vehicles and was very patient in explaining how, in our case, the latest CRV functioned. We appreciated his honesty and forthrightness and that he was not aggressive and trying to push a sale on us. We wound up after a while purchasing the above-titled vehicle. We are so pleased with it. Incidentally, I returned to the dealership after the purchase of the vehicle a second time just for a refresher on the workings of the electronic system as I'm unaccustomed to it. Dave again assisted me on this and kindly answered all my queries. I would like to say thank you to Dave for all his help and to Honda for their excellent product. If any of my friends are searching to purchase a vehicle, I will definitely suggest London Honda. More
