As a female who does not speak "mechanics", having someone who explains what is going on with car without using technical and mechanical words is very important to me. They truly seem to genuinely care about their customers making sure car is safe on the road. Safety on the roads and safety for customer is a priority with this dealership service dept. They advise on what's urgent and needs to be repaired and also what can be delayed if everything cannot be repaired due to cost, and are honest about it. Not pushy to get everything done. Highly recommended. More
