I took in my Honda for an appointment I had to book 2 months in advance because they were ‘so busy’ for an oil change. I brought in my car on time and it took them 3 hours to do a oil change. Been a nightmare dealing with this dealership ordered car in Feb did not receive one update the entire time. Then they tell me I need to pay more because they are no longer making 2023. Came in for an for A13 service. Paulo was very attentive, kept checking on the status for us as we were waiting for the car.
