So sad I have to give London Honda a 1 star review, but just one interaction can completely ruin it. Loved the service here, but Brian Farmer was exceptionally unprofessional - first of all - we ordered the wrong part (which is also on me, but you would expect a parts specialist would correct you). And so when I was picking it up - I've opened the box to realize it is the wrong thing. And that's where it all went downhill - he came up to me very hostile, started yelling at me, calling me a liar (assuming I found a better price somewhere) and being bullish (repeating over and over "so huh, how did you fix your car then?") - all of this in front of my 8 y.o. daughter. I've told him I would like to return the item, and I'm fine if there's a restock fee (like literally everywhere else). He kept bullying me, and after going back and forth finally told me "okay, you know what - I'll charge you a restock fee if you that smart". Completely ruined it for me, also was looking to replace our Accord with something newer, but now I just don't feel safe coming into this dealership. Very sad, loved the service. More
Very bad service because when they sales vehicles they give price less, but if you check your credit file they added more extra money. Example $42000 you buying a car includes tex but if check credit file give price less, but if you check your credit file they added more extra money. Had a 3 hr wait for an Oil change -advisor quoted 1/2 hr. Sat June 17/23 called for a reset on info system.Said to come in. Not busy showed them info on system -asked for a reset -each of 3 Techs refused to do this -can be done in a few minutes …said to make an appt -went to Service Counter -said next available appt was July 8th …..really! Car not safe to drive with engine light also flashing as well -young guy in Service very unapologetic -didn’t seem to care totally lacking in dealing with a Customer having obvious CRV issues-left knowing I would NOT return. Was going to have the 100km inspection plus back brakes done in Fall -NOT now.Went to a small Dealership with stellar reviews yesterday /recommended by Family -reset & added spark plugs 👍😊 More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from London Honda, and would highly recommend this location. I had been to several other dealerships during my search for a vehicle, and found so many of them were unp and would highly recommend this location. I had been to several other dealerships during my search for a vehicle, and found so many of them were unprofessional and pushy. You won't see that at London Honda though! I was greeted by a smiling receptionist, who was very friendly as she referred me to the sales team. I had the pleasure of working with Spencer and Chad, and they were both awesome. Spencer explained everything and answered all my questions, both professionally and well, and I felt no pressure at all. Spencer also accompanied me on the test drive and we chatted up a storm and had a few laughs on the way. After my purchase, I received an email with information that I would need to give my insurance company in order to switch over to my new vehicle, but I was a bit confused about exactly what I needed to do moving forward, so I dropped by to confirm what I needed to do. Not only did Chad explain to me the information that insurance would need, but he actually called my insurance and set it all up for me while I was in his office .... Now that folks, is what you call customer care that goes way above and beyond ! I certainly do not hesitate to recommend London Honda and its awesome staff. These days, it's hard to find superb service like this. Check out this location....you won't be disappointed !!! More

I discovered a crack in my windshield after spring servicing. I never suspected the dealership was a fault. I thought it must have been an existing stress crack that must have appeared while going up servicing. I never suspected the dealership was a fault. I thought it must have been an existing stress crack that must have appeared while going up and down the hoist. The service manager (Jim Ashton), addressed my concern quickly. He thoroughly investigated the issue, listened to my concerns and raised this to Honda Canada. I am happy to say I have a brand new windshield covered by Honda. I know this will not happen in every instance but was pleased that the effort was made to keep the client happy. Bought two vehicles so far and will go back again. More
