I just bought my 11th Honda from London Honda and my experience has been outstanding every time. I've always dealt with Roy Ellis for all the vehicles that I bought over the years. The financial services manager Bryan Park made the paperwork portion of the purchase go extraordinarily easy and he took the time to explain everything so we missed nothing in the whole process. Roy and Bryan were both there to meet us while we exchanged vehicles and congratulate us on our new 2024 CR-V Hybrid Touring purchase. I've also have maintained all my vehicles at London Honda and again, the service people have more than looked after me, especially Danny Bilkos at the service desk. I received some unfortunate legal news today surrounding my termination at London Honda, as a result I am going to share my story. In 2018 I sustained a physical injury and went to see my doc surrounding my termination at London Honda, as a result I am going to share my story. In 2018 I sustained a physical injury and went to see my doctor. After this visit I was sent to the hospital for further X-rays and testing. During this time the doctors came across something incidental - my lymph nodes were swollen and there were concerns that I may have lymphoma. Following this, I was being sent to more X-rays, multiple MRIs & even a biopsy. I did not feel comfortable sharing this information with my employer, nor did I feel I should have to as the severity was still unknown. However they knew I was having issues surrounding my health. As a result, I was let go, during what was perhaps the most difficult chapter of my life. I was told “it’s a business” yet the day I was let go they had a new hire with the same last name as the sales manager. It’s a family business, that’s for sure. In terms of performance, I sold 20 cars the month before during COVID with no online leads. To this day I still do not understand why I was let go while going through medical trials that could have been life or death. More
