I purchased a used car from Honda London about six months ago. Initially, the test drive went well, and I was excited about my purchase. However, my experience quickly turned sour. About a week after the purchase, I noticed a shifting problem with the car. I reached out to the dealer, Roy, for assistance, but he declined to respond. Frustrated and concerned, I escalated the issue to the manager, and suddenly, Roy decided to contact us, offering excuses for his initial silence. The manager suggested we bring the car to their workshop for an evaluation. After inspecting the vehicle, they initially refused to repair the rear shift issue and insisted that we buy the spare parts ourselves. After some discussion, they reluctantly agreed to make the repair, but it required us to purchase the necessary spare parts. We were supposed to return home and schedule an appointment, but from that moment on, no one from the dealership answered our calls or responded to our emails. This lack of communication has been ongoing for the past six months, leaving us feeling frustrated and abandoned as international trying to settle in a new country. The initial promise of customer service and support has been broken, and we're left with unresolved issues with our car. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope that sharing it here will help other potential buyers make an informed decision when choosing a dealership. More
