Came in for an for A13 service. Paulo was very attentive, kept checking on the status for us as we were waiting for the car. Been a nightmare dealing with this dealership ordered car in Feb did not receive one update the entire time. Then they tell me I need to pay more because they are no longer making 2023. Now my car is there y in Feb did not receive one update the entire time. Then they tell me I need to pay more because they are no longer making 2023. Now my car is there yet apparently I have to go in twice to actually get it. Never had such a bad experience will never be back to London Honda. More

I’ve been treated well so far and I can’t fault any of the advisors that I’ve dealt with and I’m satisfied with any work that has been done on my truck I am a little disappointed that I was told at one the advisors that I’ve dealt with and I’m satisfied with any work that has been done on my truck I am a little disappointed that I was told at one of my service appointments that I needed an annual alignment on my truck. This wasn’t backed up by any data that my tires had uneven wear or any other problems. To me this is just an up sale that isn’t required. More
