I bought 2026 Honda Civic sport from london Honda in April 2026. I am not satisfied with their deal and cooperation. It was my first time buying a car in Canada and yazan alqadi and giovanni Fabrizio took advantage of my inexperience. It was my first experience with them and I am really disappointed with the deal. My friend bought same car from openroad Honda brampton and he got car deal almost 4500 cheaper than me. He has almost $20 cheaper biweekly payment with less down payment. The only mistake I did that I did not check with other Honda dealers. I thought all Honda dealers might have almost same deals. But now I know London Honda will give you a lot of add on this and say these things are mandatory. I am suggesting everyone if you guys need cheaper deals on new cars, check other dealership not London Honda. More

Upgrade from new 2018 CRV LX AWD to a new 2026 CRV LX AWD is amazing. Well worth the Upgrade. Took 2018 CRV (also purchased new from London Honda) into Burwell Auto Body to have a $1,700 repair to my 2018 is amazing. Well worth the Upgrade. Took 2018 CRV (also purchased new from London Honda) into Burwell Auto Body to have a $1,700 repair to my 2018 CRV, where my twin bro accidentally rammed it. Before I could pick up repaired CRV, Burwell Auto Body themselves rammed my CRV ($27,500 damages). For over a month, Burwell management held onto my totalled CRV, not repairing it and remained silent as to their intentions, leaving me with no vehicle indefinitely, not even a rental. ACX Burwell is under new ownership and have been nothing but belligerent. BBB now is involved. Bad news. Followed by great news. In less than two weeks, London Honda replaced my CRV with the exact same model. Amazing Upgrade to a new 2026 CRV, turning a bad situation in something positive. Thank you London Honda. More
