SERVICE VISIT

Why in the world does it take 2. 5 hrs to do a simple oil change and seasonal tire change with the snow tires already on rims? Arrived for appointment early and still have to wait 2.5 5 hrs to do a simple oil change and seasonal tire change with the snow tires already on rims? Arrived for appointment early and still have to wait 2.5hrs for an oil change that takes 20 mins max at any other garage and I'll say a generous 45 minutes to change the tires from summer to winter . But not at a dealership!?! They cannot say it's because they check everything over when the other places I gave gone to do so as well in under 2.5 hrs. It's just a scheme for them to say the vehicle needs this work done or that work done, all for the mighty higher bill. I can't wait for this lease to expire so I can go back to Toyota!! More

B.S. First, the servixe manager told me it was going to be 2.5 hours to do a simple oil change and seasonal tire change (on rims) at the very beginning. I questioned him on why so long. He responded by saying "it might be a bit earlier." Secondly, not once did he come into the waiting area to tell me on the progress of the service. When i was getting fed up with the long wait, i was walking near the window and door that leads to the service reception area, he saw me and said that the car was just going into the wash area. This was 2.5 hrs from when i arrived. Totally unacceptable!! Fyi.. i took my second car (Toyota Rav4) tonget its oil change done and seasonal tire change and i was in and out in 50 minutes! Again, im looking forward for the lease to expire on the CRV so i can move on from London Honda! J.L. Lagrandeur

Hi Lin - thanks for your great review of London Honda. Please know that every service appointment includes a complimentary car wash. The only reasons we can't are if there is a surprise mechanical issue with the actual car wash or it -20 and the wash bay doors are frozen shut! Next time you are in for service, please make sure the service advisor ensures your car gets washed! Thanks for recommending us!
