Everyone’s well-being is important to us, and had we been aware of your health challenges during your time with us, we would have offered our support. To address your points: -Your mention of selling 20 cars in a month has been reviewed and the actual number is quite different in our monthly reports. -Your concern of the hiring of an individual with the same last name as one of our sales managers: it's important to note that there is no family relation. In a company with over 100 employees, the occurrence of people sharing similar names is not uncommon, and we hope this clarifies any misconceptions. After carefully reviewing your employee file and the legal documents submitted by your counsel (which were not followed up on), we want to clarify that your departure from London Honda was not related to any health challenges. Given the privacy regulations, it was impossible for us to address issues we were unaware of. We want to emphasize that our intention is not to engage in a back-and-forth but to provide a comprehensive perspective. We want you, and others reading this, to know that the situation was fully investigated both at the time and subsequently by senior management. Based on the information available, the decisions made remain consistent. Take care and be well.

Heray Obahi was really attentive to my concerns and gave me good advice on several upcomong issues such as oil undercoating and bodywork needed doing.. He explained my bill and assured me they had done what was needed and advised me on the timing of removing my snow tires. It was a,pleasant experience.
